Charity Request Procedure

So far this year Saracens have helped 270 local charities raise over £253,668 for their causes.

As a company we work closely with our nominated charity the Wooden Spoon.

But in addition to this, Saracens are keen to support their supporters in a number of ways where appropriate. We are inundated with requests every day of the week and therefore have put into place a set of criteria for deciding which additional charities we are able to support.

In order to be considered please write to us at our address (below), please note emails and faxes will not be accepted. All requests must be typed on your organisations official letterhead. Please send your requests in at least 6-8 weeks prior to your event, to allow us sufficient time to process all the requests.

When sending your request, please also let us know the event date, and who will be benefitting from it, including the charity number (if you have one). Don't forget to mention any connections you may have with Saracens, whether it be as a Season Ticket holder, Member or a Saracens fan.

We will prioritise requests from Saracens Supporters and Local Charities enabling us to support the local community in the most efficient way possible.

As an alternative fundraising method, we also offer the opportunity to take advantage of our special group ticket offer at Saracens home games. Through this avenue, your fundraising organisation may be able to make in excess of £3 per ticket sold, which can go directly to your charity.
